Zyggy

Terms of Use

Last updated 14 August 2026.

These terms cover https://zyggy.app — a website with an email form on it. They do not cover the Zyggy app, which isn't released; that will have its own terms, and you'll be asked to agree to them before you use it.

The site is operated by Honk Labs S.R.L (CUI: RO50924164), a company registered in Romania. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means you.

By joining the waitlist you agree to what follows. If you don't, don't join — there's nothing else on the site that requires it.

1. What you're signing up for

You are asking us to email you when Zyggy opens. That's the whole arrangement.

You are not buying anything, and we are not promising anything. In particular:

If any of that is a problem, the waitlist isn't for you, and we'd rather say so now.

2. You need to be 18

Zyggy is for adults, and the waitlist is too. By joining you confirm you are at least 18.

3. Use your own address

Put in an email address you own and control. Adding someone else's is not a prank, it's signing them up to receive mail they didn't ask for, and we treat it as misuse.

You also agree not to:

We may block, remove or refuse any signup, at any time, without notice and without explaining ourselves. In practice we only do this to bots and abuse.

4. The email we send

Once you confirm your address, we'll send you an email when Zyggy opens, and occasionally something before then if there is genuinely something to say. We won't sell your address or pass it to anyone else's marketing.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. It works immediately, needs no login, and we won't ask why.

5. What's ours

The Zyggy name, the wordmark, the design, the artwork and the words on this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely. You may not copy it, or pass any of it off as your own.

If you send us feedback or an idea, thank you — but we may use it without owing you anything for it. Please don't send us anything you consider confidential or want to be paid for.

6. The site is provided as-is

We do our best to keep the site up and correct, but we don't promise that it will always be available, or free of errors, or that anything it says about a product that doesn't exist yet will turn out to be true.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity arising from your use of this site or from Zyggy never launching. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to €100.

None of this limits anything that can't be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer, which remain fully intact.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell the people on the list by email. Continuing to be on the waitlist after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Ending it

You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link, and that's the end of the arrangement on both sides. We can also close the waitlist, or remove any entry, at any time.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections your own country's law gives you, and you may bring proceedings there.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. The liability cap and the consumer carve-outs in particular need checking against Romanian consumer law before the waitlist goes live.
